Use pleroma.envs.net links when possible

Should reduce dependency on brid.gy a little; once a mention is
received, it no longer needs brid.gy to be up and running.

Add webmention URL re-writes
...
This allows me to update a webmention URL if it breaks or changes and
the admin didn't bother putting a re-direct in place.
I shouldn't have needed to do this. Cool URLs don't change.

- Make webring links touch-friendly and accessible by using spaced-out
details elements.
- Make details elements touch-friendly by indicating interactive region
area and making summary padded.
- Sort featured posts by featured order.
- Ensure that at least one non-interactive tappable region exists on the
screen at all times, 48x48 px.

Webrings: add referrers, hotline, and criteria

- Some webrings I might eventually join require sending the origin via
referrer. Make per-link exceptions to my "no-referrer" policy sent via
HTTP header.
- Add hotline webring
- Add criteria for me to join a webring.
