Add note on engine bias

In response to the flood of traffic I got after DuckDuckGo's
announcement.

Ranking algorithms are gamed by SEO spam, which engines respond to with manual actions (downranking) and adjusting their algorithms' biases. The best solution is to mix different ranking algorithms and indexes instead of using one engine for everything.
## About the list
I primarily evaluated English-speaking search engines because thats my primary language. With some difficulty, I could probably evaluate a Spanish one; however, I wasnt able to find many Spanish-language engines powered by their own crawlers.
